a heart for the dominican republic

Rick Pina is the first of his family to be born in the United States.  His mother, Maria Nunez, emigrated from the Dominican Republic in 1970 and Rick was born in Brooklyn, NY, two years later.

As a child Rick visited his homeland every year and he cherishes his Dominican roots.

While the Lord has called Rick and Isabella to preach the Gospel around the world, they both have a heart for the Caribbean.

On this page you will see several photo galleries of missions work RIPMinistries has done in the Dominican Republic

feeding prisoners

RIPMinistries feeds the Prisoners in La Vega, Dominican Republic a few times a year.  In September 2016 we were able to feed 1,000 prisoners.  The following is a video of the event.  A special thanks to our team in La Vega and all our partners and supporters for helping us share the love of God.

sharing the love of God

RIPMinistries goes out into the most impoverished areas to share the Gospel message and to share the love of God.  In these pictures we gave groceries to families who truly needed a helping hand.  Along with the groceries, we prayed for them and told them about Jesus!

food drive - christmas 2015

RIPMinistries was able to partner with another ministry in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, to feed 81 families for Christmas. We are thankful to be able to share the love of God. A special thanks to our partnership and friends who help us make this happen.
